Q I have to get this mailing out ASAP, can you help?
A Yes, we can Fast Track your mailing for the next working day. There are times where this may result in a different postage rate due to the quantities and/or weights.
Q Will you collect from us?
A Yes we will collect your items, the courier cost for this is on the quote.
Q Do we have to pack them in a certain way for collection?
A Yes, based on the weights and sizes of your items, we will provide the details on our confirmation email. There is a maximum weight of 30kg for each box you send to us.
Q How do you collect the heavier items from us, eg 2000 large packets?
A We may arrange for a special collection by one of our own drivers. We will confirm the availability on our confirmation email. This is usually on collections over 300kg.
Q What time will you collect our items from our premises?
A This varies by location, we will confirm your time on our confirmation email. Usually orders place after 1pm will be collected the following day.
Q Do you frank any type of mail?
A Yes. We will frank any sized item of mail for you. The postage cost is calculated by weight and size. Eg letter, large letter or packets.
Q I have a mixture of items. Can you frank these in one go?
A Yes, we will calculate them individually on our quote, eg 2000 letters, 170 larger letters and 400 packets.
Q I have a mixture of sizes and weights?
A As above, we will split them into the size and weights for each category for you. You just need to list them, eg 306 packets @ 400g, 271 packets @ 132g etc.
Q How do we make payment?
A Our preferred payment method is by BACS. We will accept card payments subject to the card issuers handling fee being added to the final quote. We also accept cheques, subject to the cleared funds before your mailing can be posted.
Q How will we know you have received the payment?
A We will confirm this to you by email as soon as the payment is in our account.
Q Do you offer any credit facilities for mailings?
A No, sorry. We have to be in receipt of the payment before we will post out your items.
Q We want our items to be Recorded Delivery, do you offer this service?
A Yes, this service is available subject to the additional fee of 75p (April 2009) per an item and our handling/processing charge. Usually 5p-8p per item, dependant on total quantities.
Q Will you mail out Special Deliveries for us?
A Yes this service is available, quotes available on request.
Q Will you send out our mail on a date that we choose?
A Yes, we will process and hold the mail for you until that date. We do NOT charge for this service.
Q Can we drop off the items to your premises?
A Yes this is always an option. Our processing office is in Stoke-on-Trent.
Q Will you insert the letters into the envelopes for us?
A Yes we will insert items for you, the final price (On request) is dependant on the number of items you wish us to insert. The online calculator includes the option for 1 insert.
Q Do you offer a loyalty scheme for regular mailers?
A Yes. All regular mailers will receive discounts off their next mailing campaign. The levels of discounts will be confirmed on each quote confirmation we email. These discounts are valid for 90 days.
Q Will you print our logo on the envelope?
AYes, we can print a small logo to the top left if you wish, this will be in black only. For a charge we may be able to include the logo in one colour, but if you require full colour please supply an image and ask us for a quote. Alternatively you can provide us with your own stationary with your logo already printed on.
Q Why do you need our address database?
A We need this to ensure that the addresses are 100% accurate, we do not charge for the cleansing of your database unless the information you hold is less than 90% accurate according to the Royal Mail Address File. The other option is for you to address then envelopes and we charge the slightly higher rate of postage. (Option 1 on the online calculator).
Q How do we send you the database?
A You can email it to us in comma-separated values (.CSV) or Microsoft Excel (.x/s) formats. If you require help in exporting this information from your system to one of these formats. Please complete the online form and we will investigate this for you.

Q How long does it take from you receiving payment and mailing them?
A This depends on 2 factors: If you already have a design approved by Royal Mail from a previous order, we will print and mail out within 24-48 hours. If we have to apply for approval from Royal Mail, this will increase the timescale by 2-5 days. We will always confirm this by email.
Q What type of envelopes will you print?
A We print PPI envelopes and Response Service envelopes, which includes Freepost, Freepost Plus, Business Replay and business Reply Standard.
Q What sizes do you offer?
A We print DL, C5 and C4 envelopes.
Q What is the quality of paper?
A We use quality 90 gsm envelopes which are self sealing.
Q Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
A Yes we do offer discounts, our online calculator will give you a base guide only, please email us for larger quantities over 2000.
Q Do you offer any loyalty discounts for regular orders?
A Yes we do, we will always provide a discount code valid for your next order.
Q We have an old style Response Licence, can you print these for us?
A Yes we can print new and old licence styles for you.
